Been here many times normally a good experience. On this particular day the wait time for food after ordering was much longer than normal. What happened to the service? Maybe new staff? Also the server taking orders didn't know how to pour beer from the tap correctly. Got way too much foam.

The hardest part was finding my way to the upper floor where this location is located. After that, friendly service and the ribs, smoked wings, and baked beans were really tasty. The ribs were tender and not covered in sauce, just the rub as I like it. I did try a little of the Carolina and spicy sauce and liked them both.

My coworker and I love a baked potato, so we visited R&R on Wednesday since they have a baked potato special. Unfortunately we didn't get there until 1:00, and they were out of baked potatoes, but I wanted to highlight Patty's top-notch customer service. She honored R&R's emailed offer for a free dessert even though I hadn't gotten their app yet, and she was so kind to us in the wake of our disappointment about the potatoes. We'll be back for sure,...
