This isn’t a sports bar. BBQ brisket
St Lawrence is one of my five go-to dependable restaurants in Boise. They have amazing smoked meats and sides. I can eat there five times a week and have different food each time and all of it is spot on. Try the brisket, the ribs, and any of the sandwiches. Their Mac and cheese is very good as well

Saint Lawrence Gridiron is a quaint and clean restaurant with great service. The food has some hits and misses, but the standout items include the Gridiron burger with addictive fries, the Bee's Knees cocktail, and the refreshing pilsner on draft. The PBR platter features a variety of meats and veggies, and the cornbread is fantastic. The chicken is absolute heaven, melt in your mouth, second punch of flavor fried chicken cannot be beat. The brisket was good, and the ribs were loved. The pulled pork was a little dry, and the greens were a little under cooked. The coleslaw was bland, but the pickles and pickled onions were good. It's a lot of food, so come hungry. The Brisket Benedict was a game changer, cooked with extreme care. The shrimp and grits were loved. The Naked Sunbather Brown beer and French 75 were worthy starts. The atmosphere was nice and energetic. While the menu lacks vegetarian options, the overall dining experience is enjoyable, with customers praising the attentive service and the beautiful outdoor seating area with a view of the capitol building.
