I was skeptical of going here based on the reviews, but burger and tots were great. Would go here gain.
I work in food service. Ordering terminals were down, stranded for 10 minutes in the front waiting for someone to take my order. Got my drink, the machine hasn't been cleaned in years. The pedal got stuck and soda wouldn't stop flowing. Employee came and acted like I did something wrong. When they know it probably happens 100x a day. Tested other pedals and same thing, so much caked on syrup causes it to stick. Employee called out my name and handed me my order. 10 minutes later, I realized it's the complete wrong order. I go back, the employee looks at me and says "why did you take the wrong order!" Completely acting like he literally didn't hand me the bag 10 minutes earlier and accusing me of doing something wrong. Crazy experience. Probably the worst attitude I've ever seen in an establishment. Food was lackluster.

I was surprised at the poor reviews. Our burgers were excellent. And they didn’t ask for a tip either. Nice touch.

When getting food at an airport there are some things I expect: the food will be overpriced, and it will probably be worse taste and quality than that chain typically produces. However, those should be offset by the one positive: it should be quick for people between flights. This restaurant fails at all three.The food taste and quality was below average, it cost almost DOUBLE the same meal outside the airport, and it took 25 minutes with only a handful of people waiting. This was my second visit, and the first was the same story. After these two visits, i won’t come back.

My first "Smashburger"! I was traveling to Portland from Boise, ID. The Boise airport had limited options but there was a Smashburger! The Classic Smashburger was definitely delicious with crisp lettuce, tomato, and onion. The burger was hot and tasted fresh along with melted cheese. I opted for the Tater Tots which were nearly cold but edible. The tasty burger made up for their deficiency. All in all - a big win!

Very long TSA line. Manager was extremely nice and helpful letting us order right before close. Staff made a gluten free burger and it was delicious. Thank you!
Why do you post a closing hour and then close early. Frustrated traveler, just hoping for something preflight. Very disappointed

We used to have a McDonald's, that was open for breakfast. Now we have aa smash burger that closes at freaking 5pm.All we're left with is a nasty Einsteins with a 39 minute line.

The only reason for single star is I am hopeful this food won't give me food poisoning. Cold fries were the least of it. Does SmashBurger routinely do not use any season? Expensive and not better than McDonald's.
