I work in food service. Ordering terminals were down, stranded for 10 minutes in the front waiting for someone to take my order. Got my drink, the machine hasn't been cleaned in years. The pedal got stuck and soda wouldn't stop flowing. Employee came and acted like I did something wrong. When they know it probably happens 100x a day. When getting food at an airport there are some things I expect: the food will be overpriced, and it will probably be worse taste and quality than that chain typically produces. However, those should be offset by the one positive: it should be quick for people between flights. My first "Smashburger"! I was traveling to Portland from Boise, ID. The Boise airport had limited options but there was a Smashburger! The Classic Smashburger was definitely delicious with crisp lettuce, tomato, and onion. The burger was hot and tasted fresh along with melted cheese. I opted for the Tater Tots which were nearly cold but edible. The tasty burger made up for their deficiency. All in all - a big win!
