Spanish Restaurants in Boise, ID

“I’ve eaten here twice and I’m transported to local bars in Europe that sell tortillas and serve a variety of digestiffs. I love the indie vibe with good music and locals. What stands out is the robust beer menu with n/a’s.
The tortillas with the pimentos is delicious and there must be a new chef because the food tastes like it got a major flavor upgrade. The tortilla soup was filled with flavor and the shredded chicken had a nice pulled pork feel to it thst just melted in the soup. The bread is always delicous to dip and my salad and dressing complimented the juicy and think chorizo that packed flavor and spices. The grilled peppers and the bread was a flavor bomb of deliciousness. The lamb soup was equally great and I loved how all of these dishes complimented each other. I never thought the n/a porter would go good with the meal but it did. The fried balls (I forget the name) were the star of the meal and the buttery, fried goodness would have complimented a nice red wine.
Service was top notch and the servers provided a Boise stellar service that I’ve been raving about in my posts. I love how this bar had locals and locals having fun. I’ll be returning. This time to retry the shishito peppers since they are out.“

“The tables inside are very close. We had reservations inside for four but chose to move to patio seating where there was more room. Our reservations were for 7:15 and one of the drink selections and the ravioli were already sold out. The food and drinks we had were great.“
