I love that there's a Starbucks in Albertson's. I'm able to be a treat while I'm running errands. The barista that was working today was great! She got my order squared away. I did have a couple gift cards I was using and she just went through them like a champ until I was cashed out.
I did ask the barista how her Christmas was. She was cordial about the fact that she doesn't celebrate the holidays. I appreciate that she didn't act all nuts about me asking her about Christmas. Very professional!
My drink a tasty! I snagged the seasonal refresher with cranberry orange and lemonade. It has fresh cranberries in it! They add a fun tartness to it. The drink it really good.

I worked in this Starbucks in 2013. If you you are a customer, please know that the lone Barista is doing the job of 3 people with low pay and low tips or no tips at all. This is a Starbucks licensed store, which means it is not a corporate Starbucks, but Albertsons must adhere to Starbucks preparation of its products or they can lose their license. The attitude of the employee affects the way they are treated by their Store director, managers, co-workers and customers. Baristas work exceptionly hard at Albertsons, but their job title is dismissed as unimportant. The coffee shop is merely a convenience provided for the customer for added enjoyment while they shop. It is not a necessary part of the store, but a privilege and can be removed at anytime. I hope this helps the customers to have a more reasonable attitude when they order coffee at a Starbucks licensed store. Thanks for reading.

The lady who usually works here with the bangs is PHENOMENAL. She’s super kind and always on top of it. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because today we went in and there was a girl with pink hair and ZERO customer service skills. I understand Starbucks probably isn’t your dream job but she didn’t even greet us she just stared at me until I ordered and then when my drink was ready I didn’t realize cause she didn’t say ANYTHING. I had to ask if that was my drink and my answer was a nod followed by an eye roll. If you hate your job that much girl, just don’t work there. Worst customer service I’ve ever had here.

They are always out of something or a machine is broken. Also this morning the girl training was constantly touching her hair and face while making the previous persons drinks, that is pretty unsanitary I think I’ll pass.Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me.
