As an ex Starbucks barista I tend to have pretty complicated orders, my barista’s system was giving her problems but she still had a smile on her face and made my drinks perfectly! I went to order then went to checkout my Fred Meyer groceries- came back and it was done!

The girls at the counter are rude and argumentative. Didn’t even tell us our drink was ready and we waited longer when we could have just got our drink. They should just shut this location down. According to the reviews seems like nobody is happy with this location. Feel sad for the girls who have such poor work ethic.

Every time I come to this one it’s always something whether it be the barista argues with me about semantics or my drink is just not made correctly at all. I was talking to my mom about this and she told me they’re not Starbucks employees they’re Fred Meyer employees so it’s basically a free for all on how they make the drinks

Worst Starbucks in Boise. Made our drinks wrong twice and gave us the wrong food. When we pointed this out to employee she snapped at us that she knew and for us to wait. Won’t go back.

Ordered a coffee drink and paid extra for caramel drizzle and watched the girl put the lid on and no drizzle. If you charge extra make sure you put it on. Also watched her make it and it was poorly made. Pastry was old too. Gave 2 stars cause at least it was hot. Will stick with chai tea, pretty difficult for them to mess that up. Good reminder of why I don’t go there anymore.

Ok...I'm just not happy that Starbucks is discontinuing their raspberry syrup. My favorite drink in the winter (THANK YOU Lupino) is a white chocolate mocha w raspberry. In the summer is a iced white chocolate w raspberry. NOT HAPPY.

I have to say i loved the mood ? they were super kind. But sadly im not a coffee person, all of there drinks taste kinda the same. Same with the smell. If they had a variety of drinks, mabye like mint drinks, tea, but besdies that if they could open the verity of customer's they could get more.

Save your money and go to somewhere else. I’ve been to so many Starbucks location but this is definitely worst Starbucks in the valley. Cashier is SO SO SO slow. The coffee is horrible. Not Starbucks standard AT ALL.
