Drinks are bland, employees far more concerned with their social lives than with their work, everything is drastically overpriced (you can get the equivalent of their venti for far less than the price of their tall at Dutch Bros). The breakfast sandwiches are the only things getting them the second star, and those, too, are sloppily put together.
The customer service was pretty good, the workers were super nice. However the drink that I ordered (Venti Java Chip Frappe) wasn't made correctly. It tasted as though it was watered down and it also felt like water when coming through the straw.
