The customer service was pretty good, the workers were super nice. However the drink that I ordered (Venti Java Chip Frappe) wasn’t made correctly. It tasted as though it was watered down and it also felt like water when coming through the straw.

Drinks are bland, employees far more concerned with their social lives than with their work, everything is drastically overpriced (you can get the equivalent of their venti for far less than the price of their tall at Dutch Bros). The breakfast sandwiches are the only things getting them the second star, and those, too, are sloppily put together.

Both times I came here I had a bad experience. First time I ordered a summer berry crossiant, and I knew they had them because there were two in the display case. The guy at the counter gave me a blueberry scone. I corrected him and said that is not a summer berry croissant and he went back and brought me ANOTHER SCONE. I finally pointed to the croissant but it is crazy to me they cant even tell the difference between a croissant and a scone. Second time I ordered a very berry refresher, and they did not tell me they were out of berries. They called my name and the drink came out looking like dirty water in a cup. I asked what the drink was and the guy rudely said, "uhm it's a berry refresher". Well it sure didnt look like one! He eventually just put strawberries on top but I just threw it away and left. I have never had worse service than at this starbucks.

On campus, attached to the library. Coffee is ok, service can't be compared with normal Starbucks stores because students work here, not their #1 priority probably, plus students as their customers. Wish they had free wifi just like other stores for non-student customers.

On two separate occasions the baristas didn't know how to make the drinks my friend and I requested. The first time the barista overcharged my friend and the second time the barista didn't even know how to make a drink on the Holiday menu. Not their fault, just inadequate training.

I've never had a bad experience in the drive through but every time I go inside, there's always a problem. The staff doesn't tell you when your drinks are ready, the girls are extremely rude, on blonde in particular was extremely rude when I asked if my drink was ready. Turns out it was, but it was just sitting behind the counter, as they were passing people who've ordered after myself their drinks. As a customer to have to reach behind the counter to get her drink, is pretty unreasonable. The customer service here sucks and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
