Why is it this Starbucks likes to argue thinking they are right? Other Starbucks don’t argue with me. I told them there is no caramel drizzle in the cup. The girl asked if I tried it. I clearly see it no caramel at all. I said forget it and took the drink. I taste it and ofc no caramel like i said. From now on im just gonna go to Albertsons Starbucks.

I went through the drive thru to give my order and in the middle of ordering a specific request (no syrup on the bottom of the cup), the girl interrupted me and said “it’s fine we got it”, when I tried to continue she repeated herself so I couldn’t finish ordering. When I got to the window, she handed me my drink incorrect with the specific instruction of what I had asked that she interrupted. When I pointed it out, she rolled her eyes and said “can you not just drink it” when I told her no and that I was sorry, she left the window open and continued to speak poorly of me with the girl making the drinks behind her. “Just take the drink from her and don’t give her a new one”, “does she not know that’s how it’s made, like seriously get over yourself”, “she must think she’s entitled for us to remake it” are just a few of the comments that were made about me by these two girls with the window open (which I am sure was an accident). I have never in all my years experienced customer service like this. I did eventually get my drink corrected and when I said “thank you, sorry again” the girl at the window said “whatever” and slammed the window shut. I am hoping these two girls were just having a bad day and I happened to come at the wrong time and that this isn’t a regular occurrence but I will never be back to this location.

My friend and I went to this Starbucks to enjoy a warm drink and chat in comfy seats. From the time we entered the cafe through the time we left this particular Starbucks, everything about it was tremendous - from ordering, assisting with choices, and promptness with our order. A young college student helped translate the writing as I forgot my eyeglasses. The perfect end of the visit to Starbucks was seeing family friends. Our tea was excellent and very hot, so be cautious. I will return to this relaxing Starbucks.

So I placed a mobile order for my drink at 8:36 was told it would be ready at 8:45. I did not receive my drink until 857. I watched three people handle my drink and put it down and make other drinks I guess I thought the point of the mobile order was for convenience. I rarely order specialty drinks and I guess this is why I am very disappointing in the service I received and also how rude the barista‘s were. I didn’t know adding vanilla and pumpkin cold foam to a drink that’s already on the menu would be so difficult.

Very fast accurate and friendly! I had a problem with an order and they fixed it no problem I appreciate that! This location is a little smaller but has a very good vibe!

Starbucks' latest failure is they literally rickrolled me and everyone in the store - sometime in December of 2022 IIRC. I simply stopped in because I wanted to relax and consume a couple Redbull 8.4 oz out of the cold, but I had to leave because they started playing RICK-ASTLEY!Let us also not forget that every cup of coffee is black and bitter because ALL coffee is black and bitter. Hav good day.One more thing: everytime I ask if someone wants my soda I get from the dollar store right next door, they all decline - like their bitter brown juice is somehow better? It is more expensive too - Starbucks' bitter juice.Below is my old review; above will be my new review. RIP"I've been to this Starbucks quite a few times but the last few times I had terrible coffee. The service was fine, but the coffee on tap tastes like is has some harsh cleaner added to it... 2 Stars, plz improve your coffee for a better review... Honestly right now the plastic, bulk coffee K-Cups at WinCo are better and cost a lot less to boot."

Customer service was horrible, you walk in and no greetings and when I walked up to the counter, I didn't even get a " what can we get started for you" or anything like that, didn't even ask for a name for my drink to tell me it was done, I also was trying to buy a cup too for that deal they had for the free coffee until January 31st with the purchase of the cup and they had 2 different ways of doing it from 2 different staff, I even ended up tipping them $20 and still got treated unwanted, that was my first time there and will be my last time, there's other Starbucks that I would recommend anyone to go to but this one
