I thought I had left my debit card in the drive-through window and I ended up finding it but when I called to see if they had it, this amazingly friendly and girl Heidi was extremely helpful And even gave me a call back after she checked a bunch of places and I just think Starbucks is really lucky to have her as a part of their staff!!! Thanks again Heidi ❤️
This is the best Starbucks and Boise. They have great customer service they're always on point in their drive-through I'm the GM at Freddy's on Broadway and I absolutely love this Starbucks..

My friend and I went to this Starbucks to enjoy a warm drink and chat in comfy seats. From the time we entered the cafe through the time we left this particular Starbucks, everything about it was tremendous - from ordering, assisting with choices, and promptness with our order. A young college student helped translate the writing as I forgot my eyeglasses. The perfect end of the visit to Starbucks was seeing family friends.
