There was a mishap on Uber eats where the buy one get one free didn't come through which was no fault of Gyro shacks it was on Uber Eats end end. Thankfully Oakley listened and understood my concerns and made it right even though he didn't have to. I was pretty upset because I'm penny pinching and this was dinner for my family so I sincerely thank Oakley for his excellent customer service. My recent drive-thru visit was a bit frustrating. I struggled to place my order, as the speaker didn't seem to be working well, or the employee was having a hard time understanding me. They also appeared confused when I asked to have my meal prepared as a salad. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the salad had no dressing.
