Employees there were super nice on my visit yesterday (7/11/23) but got my order wrong and I didn’t realize it was wrong until I had made it to work. They gave me an onion bagel when I asked for wheat for my breakfast sandwich and then gave me hardly any cream cheese on my Asiago bagel that also had a hair in it… usually this place is great I essentially didn’t get what I paid for.
Bagel was fine - the service was not that great. There was a gal there this morning about 11 o'clock that was helpful. She was the only one of the three employees that was helpful and polite. There was a grumpy gal working who was pretty slow. The nice one came and made our bagel and rang us up too. Not sure why the other two were there. Staff is amazing, they work really hard and even when you can tell they are exhausted they keep smiling. Food is great!!! Highly recommend, been going here for years. They also offer an old school punch card!! Digital coupons are so impersonal, not them.Dietary restrictions: They'll put veggies on a bagel for you.
