Staff is amazing, they work really hard and even when you can tell they are exhausted they keep smiling. Food is great!!! Highly recommend, been going here for years. They also offer an old school punch card!! Digital coupons are so impersonal, not them.Dietary restrictions: They'll put veggies on a bagel for you.

I put in a big order through door dash and only received 4 items out of the 14! I'm furious and very disappointed!

It sucks to leave a bad review when service is so great. However, everything we tried was just so bland.

Employees there were super nice on my visit yesterday (7/11/23) but got my order wrong and I didn’t realize it was wrong until I had made it to work. They gave me an onion bagel when I asked for wheat for my breakfast sandwich and then gave me hardly any cream cheese on my Asiago bagel that also had a hair in it… usually this place is great I essentially didn’t get what I paid for.

Bagel was fine - the service was not that great. There was a gal there this morning about 11 o'clock that was helpful. She was the only one of the three employees that was helpful and polite. There was a grumpy gal working who was pretty slow. The nice one came and made our bagel and rang us up too. Not sure why the other two were there. The boy who's hair is light colored and chin length was basically pulling aluminum foil and moving his hair behind his ears then pulling aluminum, then back to touching his hair - tucking it behind his ears. It was a pattern that was painful to watch as I knew that aluminum foil would soon touch our food. Not sure how this is acceptable??? He stood there the whole time doing this with a miserable look on his face. It was not great ambiance. Get rid of that kid and hire some people who care. This was not a place I will go to again because of this.

Visit any other location, but pass on this one. The manager is so passive aggressive and rude and her staff seem great but she doesn't let them do their jobs and she makes comments about the people ordering specifically so we can hear her. Happened to me and the two ladies in front of me in line. Sheesh.

Just had my first bagel ever from there and I won't go back. I got a parmesan bagel that literally had no taste at all. I also got it with the garden veggie cream cheese that had no veggies or herbs in it except for big chunks of tomatoes. Just call it tomato chunk cream cheese. Sarah's bagel is a tad more expensive, but the taste and quality is clearly better.

Poor and disingenuous service. When asked if they had caffeine free tea, the response was no. I thought they may have some so I rephrased it into an "herbal tea, that's caffeine free" and asked if she knew that. The manager responded ," we are not baristas". I said it's fairly common knowledge and that she learned something today. Her energy and attitude was fake and condescending and ingratiating. In addition, I asked for a toasted bagel with tuna. Was cold and tuna was overly dry and all this for 11 bucks. Not sure why she didn't just say, oh, I didn't know that. She was ready to let me leave without knowing that her teas were not that sophisticated. Although she was and there's nothing more annoying than an introverted empath picking up on inauthenticity and apathy. What a terrible experience. She should be working in a locked office in the dungeon where she doesn't have to engage anyone but Spot from the Munsters!
