So far I have been to this Human Being location 2 times and they are very rude with me. There’s a young Asian girl especially who works in this location who is very rude. I walked to the counter to buy a cup of coffee and this Asian girl makes wait outside for a long time even though they are full staff and they are not that busy. After finally she decides to take my order she tries to talk to me down because she noticed I’m from out of town. She gives me this stupid look and gives me attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable the way she treats me. I even left a large tip to see maybe she would change her attitude but it didn’t help at all. She just grabs my money and didn’t even say thank you or have a good day. Also the whole time she didn’t even look at me. She was chatting with another employee next to her and there was no cars at all while supposedly taking my order. She didn’t bother on facing me while taking my order. I thought it was very rude she didn’t even look at me at all and makes me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I also noticed other staff are also rude with me. I think minorities are not welcome at this Human Being. I hope the owner or manager sees my review because I plan not to come at all. I have other options to go for a cup of coffee here in Boise.

The coffee is alright but every time I get my cup, it's half foam and barely filled with actual coffee. It's really disappointing taking the lid off and seeing a half-empty cup for a drink that costs so much. This is the only stand I've gone to that seems to have this problem. I just want what I paid for.

Im not a coffee snob, but I know a good latte when im given one. Unfortunately, I haven't been served one on my last 2 visits to this shop. The drinks were just sweetened hot milk. The baristas were courteous, so the service was good, they just need to up their latte game a little.

Drinks were good. Girls were friendly. It was pretty quick. Not as expensive as some other coffee shops.
Human bean used to be my favorite coffee shop! I went regularly the people working knew my car and some instances had my order ready by the time I got to the window! It has definitely gone down hill over the last year. They aren't consistent with quality or price. I order the same thing every time. My order today was smaller in size and almost $2 more than the same exact drink i ordered 4 days ago! I guess it's time to find a drink else where when I want to treat myself to coffee.
