My family and I (family of 5) have been coming here for years because the food is great. But they are always packed and don’t take reservations, which means we either have to come at a super weird time like 3:30 or we wait minimum of an hour. Wylder, please reconsider your reservation policy.
Creative pizzas and great appetizers! Maybe the best crust ever!

Amazing pizza!
My husband and I are visiting from Texas and this was the first restaurant we decided to try during our stay. We went on a Monday night for dinner and even though it was packed, it was well worth the wait! Our server, Nicole was so sweet, attentive, and helpful whether it was making suggestions for food or giving us all the recommendations for things to do in Boise! The food was INSANE and very reasonably priced! We walked out paying $60 before tip for 2 of us! The pizza dough is made from a 58 year old sourdough starter and it was so light and airy but crispy! We cannot say enough good things about Wylder and we will be back to see Nicole!

First time visiting Boise and Wilder was our first choice from what we saw on google. They did NOT disappoint, the food, atmosphere, and service was outstanding. Nicole was fantastic and helped us navigate the city and point us in the direction for local attractions. Over all a wonderful experience for my wife and I and we will be back.

The Wylder remains my favorite restaurant because of the excellent quality, service, and atmosphere. I usually get one of their superb pizzas, and no other places in town get even closer to their taste.

I’ve tried to go twice. They won’t take reservations. When we called they said it was a 5 minute wait. We arrived 10 minutes later and it was an hour. Waited an hour and they told us 20 more minutes. Decided two attempts was enough and we won’t be back until they take reservations. Wasted most of our evening on my wife’s birthday. Not worth it.

If there were 6 stars for everything I would have done. High energy, food is great and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend if you want to spend a great dinner time with pizza and drinks.

Great lunch on a cold Winter day. The pizza crust comes from a Sourdough starter. Grilled cheese and tomato basil soup was delicious

Culinary gem! The food is always amazing with unique choices and plenty of vegetarian options. The staff are among the best in the valley and it is worth the weight.

It was our first time to the Wylder last weekend and we had a lovely time. I ordered the French Picnic sandwich and it was delicious. We also had the broccolini (which I am typically not a fan of), but paired with their hummus it was also delish! I would recommend coming here. The only tricky thing could be the parking situation (which is typically with many Boise restaurants).

Great pizza and salads. The crust is delicious and toppings are high quality. No reservations so in busy times you have to wait for a table.

This was our 2nd time dining at the Wylder. The first time was awesome. We used a $100 giftcard for partial payment ($50)...... important info for later. I'm going to start off and say this place is awesome! Service is spot on, food is great (especially the mushroom toast) and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Today we ordered a mushroom toast (amazing) and a couple of pizzas. The pizzas came out quickly and were very good. Their kitchen staff accidentally put balsamic vinger on 2 slices of one pizza. They remedied this with a free dessert, which was delicious. Here comes the issue.... we went to pay with the rest of our gift card from the previous visit. There should have had $50 left. Our server (we sat in the bar area) told us that there wasn't a balance left on the card. We stated that the balance was written on the card ($50) from the previous server. Unfortunately, nothing could really be done at the time.
Short story long..... as a precautionary tale...... check your gift cards after they are ran to ensure that it was properly done.
