You must get the biscuits but this place is dialed on all accounts.
We had a large group of 13 dine for a team dinner with the Chef’s family style menu. The experience was top notch from start to finish. We were greeted by name by restaurant leadership, had all of our dietary restrictions accommodated with such thoughtfulness including a Chef’s special vegan dish that the whole team loved (vegan or otherwise), enjoyed many fabulous dishes, experienced attentive service, and felt we got a great value for the price. Fantastic food and service. The Rotisserie Chicken was one of the best made dishes I’ve ever had. It was well balanced with the Brussels Sprouts, mashed potatoes, and apricot glaze—creating a divine culmination of flavors. Percy truly is a unique flavorful experience and a much needed establishment for the Boise area.

Percy offers delicious food and great service, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Appetizers include focaccia, shaved Brussels sprouts salad, grilled artichoke, Percy potatoes, and chips with artichoke dip. The crispy delectable sourdough focaccia is a standout item, as well as the popular entrees like pasta with short ribs and a wagyu burger. The sourdough pappardelle and short ribs are particularly praised for their delicious taste. Desserts like lemon curd cheesecake and bread pudding are also highly recommended. The restaurant has a good selection of bourbon and offers a convenient dining experience. The service is attentive, with staff being very helpful. The hostess was amazing and accommodating of pets. The braised short ribs dinner and the ahi tuna were excellent. The skirt steak, salmon and grilled artichoke were absolutely amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. The service was outstanding. Parking is available.
