We went on a night of the steelheads game so people were everywhere. It wasn’t the quiet elegant dinner we’d hope for. But the trout was good, the blue corn short ribs was good, the smoke chicken was good and the pasta was good. Nothing was good enough that’s Id go back but it was a good night with friends.

Meatloaf. Who cares about meatloaf? Perhaps all you Midwesterners that don’t really know any better? This was the best damn meatloaf I’ve ever had in my life. My apologies to all meatloafs that came before you but the bar has been set.

Next subject. Smoked chicken. Brined and smoked chicken. I don’t know who came up with this recipe but they deserve a medal. Or a belt buckle (this is Idaho). Best chicken I’ve had all year, and I’m a chicken connoisseur.

Definitely coming back next time I’m in Boise.

Absolutely loved this place! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Wait staff checked on us often and food came out quick. The Cajun shrimp Mac & cheese was to die for! We will be back asap. Our waitress Sally was awesome and knew so much about the menu and specials. She told us about the Oreo cheesecake and we’re so glad we got it, absolutely delicious!

This was our first time having Saturday brunch at Trillium. It was so yummy! The hostess was so welcoming and we loved our server, Mia. She was so attentive and helpful. We will be coming back next time we visit Boise.

Another great dinner at Trillium. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dinner came out fast and hot. I had my favorite chicken and waffles and it was delicious. The chicken was very juicy and full of flavor. It was a bit spicy for me but I think you can tell the kitchen that you want less heat. My husband had the smoked chicken and kasha salad which he also enjoyed. We appreciated the General Manager stopped by to say hi and see how dinner was. Trillium is located in the beautiful Grove Hotel in downtown Boise. It's an added plus that they have complimentary valet parking when you're there for dinner. We love Trillium and highly recommend them for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Open Table nailed it! While on business travel I requested five star dining in Boise and they sent us here. Valet parking, friendly greeting, excellent service, and delicious food. Highly recommend the bison meatloaf and the beef & portabella stroganoff.

It was a smooth experience and being that it was Mother's Day it made for a very relaxed and memorable day. Thank you to the staff at Trillium.

Nice restaurant, food was plentiful which caused it to be more expensive and nobody at our table could finish portions. So we payed for more food than needed.

Our server was wonderful, everyone enjoyed their meal, and the dessert was amazing too! We loved that it was a nice dining experience and not so loud that we couldn't hear. It was an extra treat to see Denton, who is an outstanding manager. So kind! We had a wonderful date night out!

Our server was outstanding and very nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the mood of the restaurant very much. Our food experience was fair - we ordered the charcuterie board and drinks - while the drinks were great, the charcuterie board was small for the price, had weird and not too flavorful of cheeses, the meat was gray and appeared/tasted old, and it came with 3 jelly-like dips that did not taste good and overall lacked flavor. The board is $25 and was definitely not worth that in size of the board and quality of the cheeses and meats. Despite not enjoying the appetizer we chose, we will be back to have a full meal as everything looked great on the menu.

I made reservation at Trillium to have a special Lunch after church on Easter Sunday. This was a first visit for our party of 5. EVERYTHING about our Lunch was SO WONDERFUL! The food was EXCELLENT! Everyone loved their dishes, and THANK YOU for generous portions! We had such a lovely experience, the decor is very classy, and the vibe is relaxed, fun. We loved the open kitchen, and service was great. We will be back to try Dinner! --Julie

The only reason we're not giving a full 5 stars is the noise level and the fact that our bill got added a $25 appetizer we didn't order. But the food here is superb and the service top notch. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second visit to Boise and second visit to Trillium. We love the location, decor and food. Everything was most excellently prepared and served in a timely manner. We had a vegetarian guest, who unfortunately did not have much choice on the menu other than Brussel sprouts and pizza. Otherwise, we would have designated this a 5 star visit!
