“GOODBYE jack in the box HELLO WENDYS!!! I ordered the potato with bacon and cheese. I was thinking like wedges and the other fake stuff. Nope i got a baked fresh potato, with real cheese and bacon. I was in heaven. Staff was awesome and quick with my order. Will be coming back.“

“I had a small mix up with my uber order. I had called Wendy’s to see if they could help and I believe the manager Mark at broadway was the one who helped us. He was very kind and patient. He immediately remade all the food free of charge dues to issue that had happened. He did a great job. It was a very pleasant experience and he was so kind.“
“We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and two jr bacon cheese burgers. I asked for no mayo on one of the burgers. The order was correctly repeated to me. When we received the order, one burger was labeled no mayo. That burger had residual mayo on the top bun where it was obvious mayo had been applied and then wiped off. I know margins are tight but if the burger is made incorrectly dont try to cover it up. Just put a new bun top on it.“
