Went in for a quick bite. Rested mostly empty. Tried the kiosk since there were no humans to assist. I Wanted to customize my sandwich but couldn’t see how to do it since I’ve had no training on their ordering system. Asked if we could just get someone to take our order. Manager was very unfriendly but told someone in the dining room to help us. We were on the verge of leaving. He did help and told us the kiosk was forced on them and they don’t like them either. I went thru the drive thru, it was quick, they got it right and the place actually has the ice cream working. No knock in this place, I'm just saying it seems like the fast food business has had problems keeping the shake machines working these days! But this crew has it figured out and the food was really just like you would expect it. which can be hard to come by here at the very first day of 2024.

Not good for customers or employees. Lost a dear friend to cancer and have been extremely distraught. No compassion or understanding for what I was going through, got messages the next day that I was fired for missing work.
