Really expensive now. 2 dollars for the cheese alone. And 7 for the pretzels good just expensive.

First time trying wetzels and I was pleased with the experience. Food was a little pricey but I was very pleased with the staff. I was unsure what to get for me and my family, but Tyler walked me through the options and helped me make a selection. They were busy but he never rushed me and was very friendly. I will be stopping in next time at the mall.

First time trying this place. Patrick did an excellent job with customer service and suggesting the almond crunch pretzel bites. The line was a long one and he took the time to help answering my questions. The pretzels were a little undercooked and they could have been baked a little longer. For the price point , a little more emphasis on quality. But I’m willing to come back and try different things and give a second chance.

First off every time I go to the Boise Mall we have to stop by the stand and get a treat! Makiah is so friendly and extra sweet to my children! Which always brightens my day. Waited a ridiculous amount of time only to be eye rolled at when we said we were okay with waiting for our pretzels. They did have regular cheese but told us they did not but it was in the cabinet when they opened it. The food was burnt and they were out of practically everything. Didn’t put any ice in the drinks.
So to start off. They only had the original bitz available. We were told they are not making anything else at the time. It was 4 pm on a Saturday. We wanted to try the new choco churro bitz. Nope we aren't making any of those the rest of the day. We only have original. So we get 2 original bitz they hand us our bags. And one is half full the other three quarters full. So I ask is it sold by the weight or how do you control the amount. The 2 girls say it is what it is. We fill the bag and this is what you get. So there is no standard. I watched the next 15 people and each bag was filled different. Not sure why there isn't a standard. Maybe it should be by weight so that the girls have a better answer than it is what it is. Not sure I'll be back to the Wetzel pretzels.

the lady ( Julie) took our order was so rude( at the location by the food court) , i understand the store was understaffs and i wasnt rush or anything , all i wanted to know how long would it take for the orders and she refused to answer my question and with the attitude like she hated us to be there!!!! i dont think shes fit the job, she shouldnt work at customer service. To the owner, Julie lady will chase your customers away!!!

Reading all bad reviews and seems like the owner doesnt care or even bother to change. Customers are the one that keeping you in the business. I have been coming here to get some pretzels every time i go to the mall and get good customer service from young kids, But today when the lady JULIE took over to take our orders, she was extremely RUDE, SCREAMING at us when we just wanted to know the time for the wait. My poor 3 little kids confused and wondered why the lady had to be so rude!!! I feel disgusting to my stomach and we left. The food is not worth it for a bad service.

Every time we come to the mall we always stop by to buy pretzels. We came today and the lady who works there named Julie was extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s the worst employee that i ever met here.

I occasionally get pretzel bites here and normally they are fine. Today's were still raw dough in the middle. I had to take them home and re-cook them in the microwave. Asked for extra salt and did fine a bit on some of the bites, but not what I would call extra.
