First time trying this place. Patrick did an excellent job with customer service and suggesting the almond crunch pretzel bites. The line was a long one and he took the time to help answering my questions. The pretzels were a little undercooked and they could have been baked a little longer. For the price point , a little more emphasis on quality. But I’m willing to come back and try different things and give a second chance.
First off every time I go to the Boise Mall we have to stop by the stand and get a treat! Makiah is so friendly and extra sweet to my children! Which always brightens my day. She is such a blessing and a ray of sunshine to such a crazy shopping experience with children! Keep her? Thank you Makiah for making a difference in your customers days! You are a ray of ☀️ sunshine!!! 5 stars for Makia

First time trying wetzels and I was pleased with the experience. Food was a little pricey but I was very pleased with the staff. I was unsure what to get for me and my family, but Tyler walked me through the options and helped me make a selection. They were busy but he never rushed me and was very friendly. I will be stopping in next time at the mall.
