Julie is really friendly, super helpful when helping an Italian Ice newbie to select a flavor. There are a LOT of flavors and a variety of different ways to enjoy them. Other snacks too. Did I mention they are open late and have a drive-thru? I highly recommend. I had Peach Melba (peach & raspberry) layered with vanilla frozen custard. So good! Italian ice is really creamy, just like it should be. This is not glorified sno-cones- I promise!
I've been wanting to Boise to get an italian ice/soft serve type spot for awhile and finally got off my lazy ass and tried it. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Portions were buck wild and the flavor was off the charts. Vegan options too! Drive through as well!? Beam me up, I will be here often! I think the owner was the person working? Was super helpful, gave us the run down and the lay of the land and let us try some stuff too. Literally take my stupid money!
