I ordered two drinks from door dash. Drinks arrived and weren’t even close to what I ordered. I called the store on Chinden. The barista asked my name and then told me that she wasn’t the one who made the drink, and her manager wasn’t there. That I could email the corporate office and wait for a reply. I told her that was unacceptable, that I wanted the correct drinks that I paid for. She proceeded to interrupt, over speak and shout me down. She was very condescending...read full review
They can’t get a drink right to save their life. Then when you call to let them know the drink wasn’t what you ordered, the get belligerent and tell you “we aren’t in the business of giving away free drinks.”
I have spent A LOT of money at this location as it's in walking distance to my office. The consistency of quality is not there. Like today. I just used a free drink on my usual drink. TASTES HORRIBLE..... I am super disappointed. Guess I will spend the time and get in the car and drive to Black Rock, they have never disappointed.
