“We’ve heard **Flash Fry Fish Friday** is fantastic, but after all this time, we still haven’t actually managed to try it. At this point, I’m starting to think it’s less of a menu item and more of a local legend. One day, we will catch Flash Fry Friday in the wild.
Then there’s the **squirty cheese curds**, which sounds like something that should come with a warning label but somehow ends up being fantastic.
And the karaoke… allegedly. I’ve heard rumors that there is fantastic karaoke at Timbers, although its existence may be classified information. I cannot confirm or deny that karaoke actually happens, but honestly, that just makes it better.
Great food, great atmosphere, and enough mystery to keep you coming back. **5 stars—would absolutely return for the cheese curds and to continue investigating the Flash Fry Fish Friday and karaoke conspiracies.“
