Tony's On the Lake Reviews
We absolutely love Tony’s! Their food is so good and the location is beautiful. Highly recommend checking out this local gem
Everything was fine. A nice experience. We will definitely return. We're in town for three months and we eat there once a week.
Great food and experience. Inside is a little loud but did not hinder the experience at all. Just something to be aware of. We will be back!

Tony's On the Lake offers a mixed dining experience with a cozy atmosphere and stunning views of Lake Coeur d'Alene from outdoor seating. Since the remodel, the noise level has been dramatically reduced, making it a favorite restaurant in CDA. The food has received high praise, with dishes like the House Pulled Mozzarella, shrimp with fresh pasta in a lemon, butter caper sauce, and lasagna being described as amazing. While the steak needed to be recooked, the eventual dish was perfect, and the ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly with delicious flavor. Service can be hit or miss; some guests have found the servers to be cheerful and attentive, while others felt neglected until another server stepped in. The young staff tries their best to provide good service, but sometimes they may be unsure about menu items.
The scallop appetizer continues to be a delicious option, and dinner choices like chicken Marsala, halibut, and special pappardelle pasta are enjoyable. One guest highly recommends the beef carpaccio for antipasto, while another enjoyed the fig flatbread. The bar is well stocked, and cocktails like Jeanette's Martini are well thought out. The bread served at the table is a hearty rustic bread, a yummy start to the dining experience. The lemon cheesecake is large enough to share, making it a perfect dessert option. However, there have been some complaints about loud motorcycle noise from the road. It is recommended to visit after 7 PM, as there is a big early dining crowd. Overall, Tony's is a great restaurant for both casual and fine dining, with consistently great food and excellent service.
