“A gem of a whiskey bar hidden in the inland northwest. My wife and I stop by wherever we are in the area. The bar tenders are knowable and extremely friendly. The drink menu is unique and inspired and very well crafted. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. An absolute must visit.“
“One of the best cocktail bars in the CDA area. I love grabbing a drink at this place. It's great for a sunny afternoon cocktail and some Tapas while enjoying all the downtown activity. Or for an intimate drink and appetizer before dinner reservations. I love the selection of gin drinks on the menu! The menu changes seasonally, which means there is always something new to try. I highly recommend if you are in the mood for a great cocktail!!“
“Cochinito was a great experience. The staff was amazing and welcoming to our large family, prepping a table large enough to fit all 8 of us gladly. Love the environment here, from the restaurant-length mural, to the comfortable seating and spacing between diners. The food was creative and colorful, with unusual options on the menu giving a unique experience vs. what we typically prep at home. “Wow, what a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff is top-notch, so much attention to the table and to the experience. The food was delicious and plated very cleanly. Really enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud. They had a wonderful couple, AP collective, singing, and they were fantastic. “Updated review: friends drink was strawberry lemonade. It was see through and watery. She asked a nearby waitress why it would taste like that her reply was I think it's made with nectar. No ask if she may want a replacement.Now for my food. My waitress was super nice and wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted. I was having a hard time deciding sometimes I cant stomach things so I went easy and decided on a burger ??. It was described in the menu one way and brought out to me deconstructed as If I asked for it that way. Who in the world would want a cup filled to the brim with peanut sauce that was so thick It was like old toothpaste??When my plate was sat on the table the fries were ice cold and the burger barely warm I.picked one up immediately. I told the waitress she brought another plate of fries within just five mins...those were ice cold too! The burger was plain not even seasoned. The Little bit of pink was perfect!!! It was super mediocre and almost like the person making it forgot to put the burger together. We only wanted to spend a shorter amount of time there !! well our food for four people two people salads, me a burger and fries , and one like cold salad plate took almost an hour to receive. I didn't want to be mean to the waitress she was too nice..the food has changed. I've been coming to this place for over past 5 years. I know there are staff issues at many places. The influx of people since I moved here 12 years ago is crazy but.. this place is in my backyard and I Walk to it and would love to have things go better next visit. I do appreciate people working hard to do things for others. It's just if your gonna work hard why not do it right. Oh the pickles tasted spoiled. Literally. “Our party of 8 came in for lunch and had a great experience. The “Our Burger” was ordered by several in our group and all agreed it was one of the best we have had in quite some time. We also got the ribeye steak which proved to be outstanding as well. We were so impressed with the quality of the beef let alone the flavor and preparation, that we asked our waitress where they source their beef from. She let us know it is from a ranch in Washington nearby - made a huge difference. We also ordered the dates and the deviled eggs which were both delicious appetizers. Service was good, but we would have liked to be checked on just a bit more. Our waitress was very kind and considerate the times she did come by and was good about anticipating our needs. Food was just a bit slow to come out but not bad. The restaurant was slow when we came in, us and maybe two other parties, so maybe it just took a little extra time to get things going. With the quality of meal we received, we weren’t upset about the minor wait at all! Overall, this was a fabulous spot for an afternoon bite. We are glad to have chosen this as our one stop, not knowing the area very well. Great experience.“
