According to my many sources all Dockside food is precooked and sitting in a hotbox just like a gas station till someone orders it. So, your fish, meat, any appetizer will be sitting there and NOT made to order. If you would like low quality with a premium price this is your place. But don’t my word for it, look at their videos and pictures. All their food looks plain and boring…snore.
