Starbucks in Coeur Dalene

“This store has an amazing atmosphere! I walked in and was greeted by every partner on the floor. Jake was sweeping the patio when I got there and wiping down all of the tables. The barista on the hot bar stopped for a few moments to chat with the little girl at the hand-off plane who was showing off her painted nails. I watched very genuine interactions going on around me, and it brightened my day spending time in the lobby. Great work to this team, I wish all stores were this customer-focused and friendly!“

“Wow, this Starbucks on Ironwood in Coeur d'Alene was pure joy to visit. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was happy, welcoming and appeared to love their job. They certainly lifted my spirits. If you just do drive thru normally, I recommend you try going in. My first time in this Starbucks ... but they welcomed several customers by name! Need a lift in mood, this place will do it for you.!“

“This is not a Starbucks. This is a coffee shop in a hotel that uses Starbucks beans. What I ordered was fine but if you are looking for the Starbucks menu you will not find it here, nor can you earn or use Starbucks rewards/Starbucks app because, again, not a Starbucks.“

“I'm impressed with this place. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, but if they are all like this now, I may be coming here more often and skipping all the other shops. From the moment I walked in, greeted by 5 different employees, the experience felt welcoming. The woman who took my order was very helpful and informed me of all the things Starbucks offers from the hot sauce packets to the free refill on select drinks. The dine-in experience has been freshened up, complete with plates for your food and mugs for your coffee. I will have to test some other Starbucks to see if the service here is matched, but I doubt it is. I hope Starbucks proves me wrong!“

“I usually don't go to Starbucks because of previous experiences. But when I went here, I started to like Starbucks again! I wanted to order this viral drink I saw on pintrest, it had the raspberry syrup in it, and when just I begin to place my order they said the discontinued the raspberry syrup!! I swear that was the best and I'm so sad it's gone. But since I kept rehearsing in my head what I was gonna order I start to panick. The barista must have seen what was going on inside my head, so she was being super sweet and offering me other drink combinations! She was so sweet! I ended up getting a delicious and pretty dragon fruit refresher with cold foam! This is pretty nice for convenience, but you can't chill anywhere since it's in target. 7/10 would recommend if your desperate for Starbucks ✨? “

“This is the Starbucks to go to if you want high quality, industry standard Starbucks drinks. Unfortunately, not all Starbucks are the same, and some of them have really sub par beverages, but this Starbucks makes excellent drinks. Their shaken iced green tea is by far the best in town. And their specialty cold drinks and lattes are far superior to any of the other Starbucks here in town. They did a remodel a while back, so the cafe part is nice now. It has a cozy atmosphere. And it's convenient to do your shopping at Fred Meyer, and then get your Starbucks treats afterwards.“

“I have never reviewed a Starbucks before, but this location stands out. Absolutely every employee was genuinely nice and helpful. Good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches. Nice location with ample seating and plenty of drinkware to choose from.“
