“We walked in, 4 adults and 4 children, and the baristas working were kind, attentive, and beyond friendly! Not to mention our drinks and food were excellent. Sometimes Starbucks items can be inconsistent, and this location and these ladies set the new bar. Thank you for helping my daughter when she accidentally spilt her drink-before we got cleaning it up (with the quick and swift help of one of the ladies), the other barista already had remade her drink 🥹😭🫶🏼Thank you so much for not making us feel like an inconvenience even though we had a lot going on, you ladies are awesome-thank you. 👏🏻“
“Wow, this Starbucks on Ironwood in Coeur d'Alene was pure joy to visit. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was happy, welcoming and appeared to love their job. They certainly lifted my spirits. If you just do drive thru normally, I recommend you try going in. My first time in this Starbucks ... but they welcomed several customers by name! Need a lift in mood, this place will do it for you.!“
“Couldn't decide what i wanted when I came in. The baristas here are fantastic. Jessica helped me piece together the perfect drink. She also helped me get the best deal possible using my points. The Barista who made the drink was also amazing. (I believe she may have been the manager.) She whipped it together and even added her own thoughts to turn it into an experience instead of just another boring drink. Best starbucks location in CDA!“
“Idk what all these neg reviews are about… this is my fav location! All the peeps working are always so kind and knowledgeable abt the menu. Accidents happen, but this starbies always makes it right in the end! Some of yall just need more patience and compassion for food service workers.

“I usually don't go to Starbucks because of previous experiences. But when I went here, I started to like Starbucks again! I wanted to order this viral drink I saw on pintrest, it had the raspberry syrup in it, and when just I begin to place my order they said the discontinued the raspberry syrup!! I swear that was the best and I'm so sad it's gone. But since I kept rehearsing in my head what I was gonna order I start to panick. The barista must have seen what was going on inside my head, so she was being super sweet and offering me other drink combinations! She was so sweet! I ended up getting a delicious and pretty dragon fruit refresher with cold foam! This is pretty nice for convenience, but you can't chill anywhere since it's in target. 7/10 would recommend if your desperate for Starbucks ✨? “
“This is not a Starbucks. This is a coffee shop in a hotel that uses Starbucks beans. What I ordered was fine but if you are looking for the Starbucks menu you will not find it here, nor can you earn or use Starbucks rewards/Starbucks app because, again, not a Starbucks.“
“This is the Starbucks to go to if you want high quality, industry standard Starbucks drinks. Unfortunately, not all Starbucks are the same, and some of them have really sub par beverages, but this Starbucks makes excellent drinks. Their shaken iced green tea is by far the best in town. And their specialty cold drinks and lattes are far superior to any of the other Starbucks here in town. They did a remodel a while back, so the cafe part is nice now. It has a cozy atmosphere. And it's convenient to do your shopping at Fred Meyer, and then get your Starbucks treats afterwards.“
“I’m not a Starbucks fan for a variety of reasons. However I was in the area and needed WiFi so I stopped in to grab a drink and a bite to eat. I was literally blown away. Everyone was so nice and friendly! My banana bread was delicious and my coffee was decent. A little sweet but I ordered it that way on accident. Such a clean and safe lobby. Well stocked, plenty of staff easy parking. The drive thru is obviously their bread and butter but they were very attentive of me and another person in the lobby. Will definitely be back and fine tune my order.“
