“This is the best Starbucks in town! I stop multiple times a week, in all seasons at various times of day. They are always fast (even when they have a drive-thru line with cars in the street), they are kind and friendly and their accuracy is unmatched! Thanks everyone.“

“This is a good store . I really like the staff here they were friendly courteous and respectful. They have a great selection of pastries. There coffee is great so are their cappuccino's lattes chives etc. It's a little crowded and I have a big space bubble so I took my coffee to go. A 8 oz cup of coffee cost you $2.95 plus sales tax so it's a little expensive. Some might argue this corporate chain is a little snobbish and snooty but i don't think so.“

“Bishop is kind of small what's the atmosphere was okay how do you know people in there so it was quick and fast service

Parking: Went down there during the busy rush hour of Spokane so it was hard to find parking

“This is my most favorite Starbucks because the baristas are the kindest and most helpful people! They are always inviting and friendly and make the best drinks! I've never had a complaint. ESPECIALLY calling out Carolyn and Heather, two of the hardest working people. I'll probably stop by later today !“

“This used to be my favorite Starbucks with the nicest crew. Very disappointing the last few months. Drinks are often wrong and they always give half frozen in the middle breakfast sandwiches. They leave them in the heater a few seconds. Yuck“

“The Starbucks on 37th and Grand is a solid spot. The staff are always nice, quick, and easy to talk to, even when it’s busy. Drinks are made right and come out consistent every time.

The store is clean and laid-back, and it’s a good place to stop whether you’re grabbing coffee to go or hanging out for a bit. Overall just good vibes, good coffee, and a team that does a great job.“

“I stopped by Starbucks at Safeway in the 29th South Hill. I was looking for a Washington Discovery Series mug. Laura was the barista. I asked her for the mug. She took notes on my name and phone number. She said she will get the mug on Tuesday and place a hold for me. I showed up today and Teinya was the barista. I asked for the mug and it was there! Laura saved it for me. Laura & Teinya were so sweet making my day. The Discovery Series mugs are brand new in Starbucks and hard to find. Everybody wants them. I thank both Laura & Teinya for their great service. You rock! 5 stars for the girls. Happy Spring.“

“Fast, hot service. This Starbucks is easy to get to. It's nice that some of the staff still masks. Try the spinach breakfast wrap. I'm on a low cal diet. It's nice I can go here, have something tasty, and not blow my health routine.“

“I've been to many Starbucks and this one is the fasted ever!! We come here in the morning on the way to work and even when there's a line, they get us through faster than any coffee shop! Shelby and the team are amazing! Even though they are the fastest in the west, they always take time to show us care and bring brightness to our mornings!“

“I mean the drive thru line almost always interferes with the main arterial traffic ......definitely questioning what they put into these cups of ice with about 90% tap water and 10 %?????...need to open up a three lane drive thru for all the herds of sheep....“

“The baristas are so nice. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience even when they are very busy. Though today I did witness a customer harass these 2 baristas I believe were called Cayte and Angel. It was so shocking to see since they tried to help the lady out, but she refused and even forced them to write their names down. But it was nice to see how the batista kept her cool and stayed very nice to that rude lady. I know if it was me, I would have flipped out on her for being so insanely rude like that.“

“I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!“

“I went here to get a pumpkin spice drink, since Safeway doesn’t have Starbucks anymore.
The lady was friendly and did a phenomenal job.
I wished Starbucks wasn’t too expensive, but thankfully, I had a gift card to make the drink less expensive.“

“I often ponder what is a good coffee place? Is it simply a place you go to get coffee or is it more than that. Is it the chance to make a new friend or possibly a new business contact. At the spry age of 14 I tried my first coffee place. I was just a young whippersnapper then but I knew this was the drug that would fuel me through adulthood. There's just something about waking up in the morning and having my first sip of Starbucks coffee that brings me back to my wonderful upbringing and youthful happiness. It invigorates me like a rooster crowing in the morning and inspires me like the son rising in the east. I did extensive research and found that Starbucks hand selects each bean to make sure that they're of high quality that I deserve.“

“Sandy and all of the rest of the team at the Shadle Starbucks are the best! Honestly, I should have come and left this great review for them years ago. I have been frequenting this location at least once a week for the last 12 years and each time we enter they know my family, what we usually drink and they treat us like long time friends. Thanks to this team for being extra nice to my daughter since she was 5 and never getting frustrated even when it took her some time to order when she was small. “I was in a crunch. I had forgotten the food for a staffing over the long Christmas break. Safe was close so I went to deli and explained the situation. Honestly I didn’t expect much more then a “ that sucks” what I got was so much more. Patty and her partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make me look like a rock star. I waited about ten minutes and they had me HOOKED UP!!! And yes I was the hero for staff food that day!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Although I do prefer a local coffee hut (like Wake Up Call), but Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots! I love the merchandise they sell, more specifically their mugs! They have the cutest patterns and designs; you can't have too many mugs!
