“This is a good store . I really like the staff here they were friendly courteous and respectful. They have a great selection of pastries. There coffee is great so are their cappuccino's lattes chives etc. It's a little crowded and I have a big space bubble so I took my coffee to go. A 8 oz cup of coffee cost you $2.95 plus sales tax so it's a little expensive. Some might argue this corporate chain is a little snobbish and snooty but i don't think so.“

Everyone is friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s not just about the drinks (which are always great), but the experience they create. “This is such a lovely Starbucks with amazing staff. I wanted some extra caramel in my coffee after it was made and Alex added it for me. He tried to incorporate it but it didn’t quite mix right and he saw me struggling with it so he made me an entirely new coffee ❤ I love when staff pay attention and care for their customers Alex did an amazing job and the other staff are quite lovely to chat with as well ☺“

“I took my daughter here for a treat. She usually orders a strawberry Frappuccino. She wanted to try the dragon fruit tea infusion, but was reluctant to risk her treat on something she might not like. The barista made her a tiny drink, she tried it, and it’s her new favorite. Thank you! My daughter is only ten, but is now a loyal customer. Just wait until she gets to her high school/college years, and she will probably visit you daily.“

“Went in at night and was greeted by a very polite barista named Coraline, she took my order and had a very laid back but sweet manner but then a guy came out. I could already feel Coraline’s demeanor shift as he entered and he instantly started giving her attitude until he realized I was there, his name was Hayden and he started apologizing for the floors being sticky because he dropped Strawberry stuff. This was after the sweet barista Coraline did the floors, I believe Hayden had done this on purpose to terrorize the poor girl. Seemed like she thought it was funny or she was laughing through the pain. I mostly think she mightve been holding in the urge to strangle him. Coraline kept a calm and patient demeanor although her hard work had been tainted. I think Coraline really brightens this location a lot.“
“Megan, the barista who greeted us as we walked in was super friendly, and brought our drinks and breakfast out to us. This Starbucks is very clean, and drinks were very well done. It’s always nice when the baristas look you in the eye when they hand you your drink, and they seem like they all enjoy their jobs here and work together well. Great experience at this Starbucks!“

“This is my most favorite Starbucks because the baristas are the kindest and most helpful people! They are always inviting and friendly and make the best drinks! I've never had a complaint. ESPECIALLY calling out Carolyn and Heather, two of the hardest working people. I'll probably stop by later today !“

“The Starbucks on 37th and Grand is a solid spot. The staff are always nice, quick, and easy to talk to, even when it’s busy. Drinks are made right and come out consistent every time.
The store is clean and laid-back, and it’s a good place to stop whether you’re grabbing coffee to go or hanging out for a bit. Overall just good vibes, good coffee, and a team that does a great job.“

“I mean the drive thru line almost always interferes with the main arterial traffic ......definitely questioning what they put into these cups of ice with about 90% tap water and 10 %?????...need to open up a three lane drive thru for all the herds of sheep....“
“I stopped by Starbucks at Safeway in the 29th South Hill. I was looking for a Washington Discovery Series mug. Laura was the barista. I asked her for the mug. She took notes on my name and phone number. She said she will get the mug on Tuesday and place a hold for me. I showed up today and Teinya was the barista. I asked for the mug and it was there! Laura saved it for me. Laura & Teinya were so sweet making my day. The Discovery Series mugs are brand new in Starbucks and hard to find. Everybody wants them. I thank both Laura & Teinya for their great service. You rock! 5 stars for the girls. Happy Spring.“

“8/10/23 I truly enjoy the convenience of a Starbucks location within Target. It makes the shopping experience much more funThe service was always good. The employees are friendly. The food is good. We got the banana loaf and danish pastry (not pictured). We ate it and forgot to take a pix. LOL!Environment is comfortable and clean. When back in town, this is one of the store we shop at.“

The lady was friendly and did a phenomenal job.
I wished Starbucks wasn’t too expensive, but thankfully, I had a gift card to make the drink less expensive.“

“I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!“
“The baristas are so nice. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience even when they are very busy. Though today I did witness a customer harass these 2 baristas I believe were called Cayte and Angel. It was so shocking to see since they tried to help the lady out, but she refused and even forced them to write their names down. But it was nice to see how the batista kept her cool and stayed very nice to that rude lady. I know if it was me, I would have flipped out on her for being so insanely rude like that.“

“I was in a crunch. I had forgotten the food for a staffing over the long Christmas break. Safe was close so I went to deli and explained the situation. Honestly I didn’t expect much more then a “ that sucks” what I got was so much more. Patty and her partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make me look like a rock star. I waited about ten minutes and they had me HOOKED UP!!! And yes I was the hero for staff food that day!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Fast, hot service. This Starbucks is easy to get to. It's nice that some of the staff still masks. Try the spinach breakfast wrap. I'm on a low cal diet. It's nice I can go here, have something tasty, and not blow my health routine.“

“Sandy and all of the rest of the team at the Shadle Starbucks are the best! Honestly, I should have come and left this great review for them years ago. I have been frequenting this location at least once a week for the last 12 years and each time we enter they know my family, what we usually drink and they treat us like long time friends. Thanks to this team for being extra nice to my daughter since she was 5 and never getting frustrated even when it took her some time to order when she was small. This team is the best, thank you all!!“

“Although I do prefer a local coffee hut (like Wake Up Call), but Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots! I love the merchandise they sell, more specifically their mugs! They have the cutest patterns and designs; you can't have too many mugs!
Vegetarian options: They cater to vegetarian needs and many other diet restrictions.
Dietary restrictions: They'll happily cater to any diet restriction, just ask your barista!“
