“These guys were very nice. I just have one recommendation. I had the carne asada wet burrito. It was ok. I’ve never had a burrito with lettuce inside….at any authentic Mexican restaurant. I took all the lettuce out. It also had a lot of rice and hardly any meat. Most carne asada burritos I’ve had are mostly meat. It makes me think the rice and lettuce are meant to fill up the burrito. I am telling you this so you can fix it. I noticed someone else said something about the lettuce, as well. Good owners listen to their customers. I had high hopes because of your reviews and was let down. I hope ya fix it.”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at E Street Deli, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the tantalizing aromas of freshly made deli delights. The super chill environment immediately made me feel at ease, and the friendly owner welcomed me as if I were a regular.

I decided to try their renowned Blue Cheese Reuben sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was a perfect balance of flavors – the tangy blue cheese paired exquisitely with the tender corned beef, and the sauerkraut added just the right amount of zing. The bread was toasted to perfection, making each bite a delightful crunch.

Being my first time in town, I was initially tempted to check out the food trucks set up for the 4th of July festival. However, I’m so glad I chose E Street Deli instead. The cozy atmosphere and the outstanding sandwich made for a memorable meal that I’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re ever in town, do yourself a favor and stop by E Street Deli – it’s an experience you won’t want to miss!”

“After eating my fill at the pizza place, I walked outside and saw a sign across the street that said, "Homemade Ice-cream." Was I hungry? No... Did I need ice-cream? Again, no... Did I WANT ice-cream? ABSOLUTELY! Especially Homemade ice-cream! What a nice little mercantile! The ice-cream was really good! The lady that runs the store was really friendly and helpful. She shared facts about the business and other little historic notes about the town. This is a good place to find a few things you need, and a few things you didn't think you need! They have the usual flavors of ice-cream, but they also have some unique ones as well. For example... cactus prickly-pear! And Huckleberry! Very delicious! Stop by and check it out! It's worth it! “Great bar and great food! We went here for lunch. Went with 2 double cheese burgers fries and tots. WOW! So delicious! Hand formed grilled patty with all the fresh fixings! Our bartender was so sweet and very attentive! We highly recommend lunch! Will be trying dinner soon! Have heard great things about dinner!

“There is great food nearby. There is ample parking. Despite rumors to the contrary the patrons here are not kid-unfriendly, the state, however, insists that only kids over 21yrs. old AND can prove it are allowed inside. The DeMary Library is just a half-block away, and several parks within walking distance along with the historical Rupert Square. It is wheelchair accessible, more so through the front door. Karaoke at least one night of the weekend. Drink specials, girls nights, boys nights, Darts, pool. Local Taxi services. If it's a quieter bar your in the mood for, you can always try to come in earlier. The Melody is a great place for birthdays, anniversarys, or just meeting up with friends and family!”
