Forage is our new favorite place in Eastern Idaho. We've gone there at least 5 times in the last few months because it's just that good. They always have a great steak special, the meatballs are to die for, the charcuterie board is so good, polenta fries and Brie is very good as well. They have a great bartender that goes over and beyond serving and making the drinks. If you haven't tried this place you absolutely need too!
Seasonal menu. The risotto (only fully vegan option) was okay, a bit undercooked and $30. Drinks were good! Service was very slow even though it wasn’t that busy.
Forage is an absolute gem! From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Shelby, our waitress, was truly exceptional—she anticipated our needs and made us feel so well taken care of. The food was delicious, full of fresh and vibrant flavors, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place where everything comes together perfectly. Highly recommend!
5 of us. One lasagna was over cooked. Another meat on burger cold. I had chicken Ceasar and slept with bad stomach. Server was excellent and we drowned our disappointment with drinks. Great kind bartender
Parking: Tough to find entrance to restaurant area at airport. Turn at old yellow tractor

Our flatbread and hummus starter was excellent but we were disappointed in the entrees and cocktails. I got a pork tenderloin with and apricot marmalade that was really nice but it was served on a risotto so overcooked it was practically rice porridge that was covered in frozen peas and corn. For a $39 entree, I'd expect fresh peas and corn, especially considering they're in season. My wife got the lamb shank, it was removed from the bone, underseasoned, and overcooked. I've heard so many good things about Forage, so we were quite dissapointed with our experience. Pricepoint was about double what it should be considering the quality.

My husband and I are vegan and have had great food and service here both times we have gone. Our waitress, Steph, was amazing and very helpful in working with the kitchen to make sure our dietary needs were met. Our food was wonderful and we really appreciate the kindness they showed us.

I recommend this place. The food presentation is perfect. The menu selections are just what you need. I had the kimchi pork sandwich and I would go back again. Oh, try the bean dip with buratta.

The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. And the food? simply incredible! Every dish was a perfect blend of flavors, showcasing the freshest ingredients with a creative touch. The ambiance, coupled with the stunning views of the Teton Valley, made for a truly memorable evening. If you're in the area, Forage Bistro & Lounge is a must-visit. Five stars all the way!

In my admittedly limited experience, this is the best restaurant in the Driggs/Victor/Jackson area. The food is very good, and service is prompt and professional without being stuffy. It's a nice space, with an outdoor terrace just besides an airport runway. Altogether a worthwhile and intriguing venue. Recommended!

Fantastic restaurant at a small airport. Plus, gluten free options! The hamburger and the turkey sandwich were both amazing (with gluten free buns).
