The chief was great in not using seed oils so that I could enjoy the gnocchi and veggies.... ahhh, where are the veggies, Maybe 2 tbls of peas, 1 spear of asparagus sliced thinly, 3 grape tomatoes sliced in half. Not even a full serving of veggies. Should be called a sprinkling of veggies, not okay for the price :( Good flavorThe location on goggle has a different name and address than Forage Bistro.Dietary restrictions: They did meet my seed oil restriction

This place is such a gem in this cool Teton Valley. We ate here 3 of 6 nights; got hooked after our first meal. The textures, sauces, presentation and quality of food is spectacular. And then...there's these incredible desserts that are decadent and flavorful. Look forward to returning here for the mountain fun and this specific bistro. Thank you for the incredible meals!

Great place and happy to check it out while visiting. Get a reservation if possible as it's always busy and fairly small inside. It's cozy and nice inside and everyone really friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine and cocktails. Tried the ginger and huckleberry and wish the huckleberry flavor would have come thru more. For food we started with the garlic bruschetta and wild boar stew. Both were great with flavor, texture, and portion. My main was the special of the day, seabass. It came out cool-chilled and fish didn't feel completely cooked, didn't flake away, and couldn't cut thru it. They told me that's how it's supposed to be. I asked them to cook it more as I was worried it was slightly too raw. They kindly did and was perfect when it was brought back. Noodles under the fish were hot this time as well and fish was cooked, flaky, and glistening. Portions were pretty filling but had room for dessert. We tried the chocolate one (can't remember what it was called) and was amazing. It was my favorite thing to eat of the night. Texture was smooth and light, flavor balance with the salty and sweet, and loved the crust. Food was all presented beautifully and glad we got to eat here.

Everything was delicious. They put a lot of thought into their menu and dishes, with a local flair.

Always a great dinner, we've been dining here since it opened and have not been disappointed. Good vibes, wine and excellent wait staff. We make a point to come here when in Driggs. Update: 2023 Seems to have lost a little of the innovative foodie style and taste. While my husband's hanger steak was nicely rare the taste was lost by the overly spiced sauce it laid in. The greens were nice but not dressed at all, could have used something. The fingerling potatoes were burnt on the outside which made them inedible. My pork chop was tasty but well done and a bit dry and chewy. The sauce for the squash, apple hash overwhelmed the delicate taste of the vegetables and adding in the roasted Brussels was not a good idea, they then lost any crispness from the roasting. We still think they are a very good restaurant and will give them another try but some of the excitement of eating there and trying different foods has been lost unfortunately.

Kudos to the Chef for bringing so much love and passion to the job. Every dish was beyond compare, from starters through desert. Wait staff were friendly, appeared exactly when needed, anticipated your needs, and had excellent verbal patter. Really loved sitting out on the deck in the shade. 2nd time here, I love this place.

We try to visit Forage whenever we are in town. We love the creative menu w. local vibes. Both upscale and down to earth at the same time. The patio is delightful, but we also loved sitting at the bar (for our first visit last year) and watching the "kitchen" which is remarkably small/staffed by two folks who work seamlessly to put amazing dishes on tables left and right. Our server was lovely, warm, funny, and helpful with meal questions. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The spot, the carefully sourced food, the relaxed and friendly service, all combined to make this a go to spot when in Driggs. Mmm.
