The tour was super informative. Really like the focus on sustainability and the fact that Idaho potatoes & water are the backbone of the excellent products they produce. Even better to try them in the brand new tasting room! A must-see if you are in the area!
It was so interesting to see how vodka and whiskey were made. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was nice to be able to do a tasting afterward and purchase some right there.
Awesome little distillery! We took a tour today and had a lovely time. I've toured countless distilleries and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Hope to come back soon!
