Pono's Ono Sushi

It's always a special treat getting to have some decent sushi right here in the valley. Our go to are the tuna poke bowls but the rolls and specials good as well. Oh and the complementary miso is pretty nice! People need to realize that these days going out will likely come with a little wait. The staff is so nice here and works very hard but with labor and supply shortages you might sometimes not have the option for a "to-go" order or styro plates might be the only thing available....read full review

I get it.Well let me put these doubts to rest for you because Sam's sushi skills are LEGIT.This young sushi itamae has the skills to make delicious and original sushi that satisfied my party of 9. What a great sushi spot in Driggs, ID. My husband and I came here because we wanted something other than the the traditional bar fare that's common in this small town. There are labor and supply shortages everywhere and you have to be aware of that with all establishments right now. That being said, it seemed like there was only one server for the whole restaurant and one chef cranking out rolls.
