We used Three Peaks to cater our wedding on 7.11.24 at the Diamond Cross Ranch and I can't even put into words how AMAZING they are. Their food is delicious, their staff is SO kind and this restaurant went SO out of their way for over a year to accommodate our guests dietary restrictions, create a Wyoming-inspired menu and even helped us create a signature mocktail for our sober guests. Loved the menu items, restaurant was cozy and inviting, service was great too. We ordered the mussels, elk bolognese, and beef tips. Everything was plated nicely and tasted great. They also brought out some homemade potato chips when we sat down that were really good.
