Today I ordered a berry blast base with toppings: raspberries, strawberries, mango, chocolate chips, and honey. It was one of the best fruit bowls I’ve ever had!

“Very good food. Take out ready to go items if you want fresh but want to warm up at home. They have sweet potatoes fries and I said I don't want fried food. The cashier stated they don't fry food. I said , ok I'll try them. Next time ai will double my order. ? yum. I will definitely go back.

“I love Sol nutrition. Currently prepping for a bodybuilding competition, and when I really need a sweet treat without the guilt I head here! The staff is always so sweet, and their protein shakes and tea bombs are my favorite. Took my daughter there this morning and she enjoyed a protein Waffle. We will be back many times.“
