Went to Cowboys Chophouse on a date night with my husband. We did not have a reservation and was able to get seated right away. However, we were offered a seat right by the door, which brought in the freezing cold as patrons entered or exited the building. Not really a big deal because we were thankful we were able to get seated right away. Cowboys offers a great menu, friendly service and a nice atmosphere for enjoying an up scale dining experience. For those that say the prices are too high, I say that you get what you pay for. Just try driving over the hill to the Boise area and finding a better deal with better food. This place is a rare gem, located ironically in Gem County.

Good environment, good service. Was a little pricey, but my prime rib was cooked perfect. Wife's pork chop was just a little overdone, but still good. Would definitely go back.
