I haven’t been to the Fruitland location in close to three years because, frankly, I had completely sworn it off. Today completely changed my mind.
This place was absolutely PACKED with families and hungry construction workers, yet every single employee was in the zone, working together like a well-oiled machine. It was honestly impressive to watch.
Chris was running the front, checking people in with an incredible attitude. Even with the nonstop rush, he greeted everyone with a genuine smile, stayed organized, and never looked overwhelmed. I noticed he made sure every plate was clean before handing it to customers and had everything ready to go—plates, salad plates, silverware, and cups—so there wasn’t a second wasted. That’s the kind of attention to detail you don’t see very often.
A huge shout-out to Criselda! She was EVERYWHERE. She jumped in wherever she was needed without missing a beat and made it all look effortless. She kept the entire restaurant flowing, and somehow…the ranch never even ran out! If you’ve ever been to a busy pizza buffet, you know that’s basically a miracle.
The food quality was night and day compared to what I remembered. The pizza stayed stocked the entire time, no one was standing around waiting for fresh pizzas, and the salad bar was fresh, clean, and fully stocked. It honestly exceeded every expectation I had walking in.
Every employee looked like they genuinely cared about doing a great job, and it showed. I didn’t even have to wait when I needed a new salad plate and fork!
The only thing I would change is the carpet. The staff clearly works hard to keep it clean, but it’s stained from years of heavy traffic, and carpet just doesn’t seem like the best choice for a high-traffic restaurant that serves so many families. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but replacing it would really match the incredible improvements you’ve made everywhere else.
Thank you, Fruitland day shift, for proving me wrong. You’ve earned back a customer I never thought you’d get back.

When you drive up and there's 4-5 kids standing outside bs, there's a management issue. Those kids should be cleaning.

The pizza is always good… when they don’t mess up your order. I ordered today on 6/20/26 and I ordered two pizzas and some Idaho twists. The pizza came out fine although one of them was missing some ingredients when they were first shown to me and it was fixed so no problem. But my main issue is the Idaho twists, they were raw, not cold or a little undercooked they were completely raw. I could knead the dough into some more bread if I so darn pleased. Wasted money on just the bread.

To be honest I don't really know how to rate this. Me and my husband went to dinner here tonight and it wasn't ok.... we ordered and waited 45 minute to an hour for our food tonight. When we got it... there was a hair in one of the pizzas and they covered it in green onions. When they brought us our food the gal just kinda stood there. Didn't say anything just a blank stare. We love going to idaho pizza and we will always come back but the hair, the 45 to an hour wait... it was just not a great place to be at the time.

LOVED the gluten free pizza! All the pizza was pretty darn good! But for the love of all that is holy, clean your pop machine! The pop tasted like mold & bleach...and we tried every kind just to make sure it wasn't just one pop, it was ALL of them, even the water. 🤢 Absolutely disgusting. If you're not gonna fix the pop machine then I suggest getting bottled pop & other bottled beverages, cuz yuck.

Idaho Pizza is some of the best pizza out there. Unique crust and a slightly spicy pizza sauce. The lunch buffets they offer are the best bang for your buck!
