This place is the worst idaho pizza I have ever been in the employees are rude and unprofessional and the the buffet is a joke they are not prepared at all for the lunch rush that they get so there is never any pizza up there you have to sit for hours waiting for a piece of pizza it is ridiculous I will never eat here again

Waited for three minutes for someone to come up front to wait on the two people in line we got the special and the garlic bread we got is smaller than a pizza slice and by the time I paid the bill with tip it $29 and I went and got it. Pizza is always good but way to expensive and the special with “garlic bread” was a joke and asked no olives she said they were mushrooms and clearly they were olives what a joke

The last few times I’ve been to the Fruitland location. I’ve been very disappointed with Customer service yesterday I had went. I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to the front to take my order for a dine in, Even though there was plenty of employees, none of them wanted to come to the front, including the manager all the staff were just standing around the phones were non stop ringing with no one answering it took them a while to bring out simple appetizers a cheese garlic bread and some wings. After that, it took even longer to bring out two pizzas .when we were going to sit, we went upstairs and it was so filthy. All the tables were left with dirty dishes and old food from the lunch buffet. There was no clean tables for us to sit at. The salad bar was also a mess not everything was full. There was food scattered everywhere. Just overall disappointed with every thing I hope the owner takes time to have all employees trained, including the manager. Customer service is everything and they are terribly failing

Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas that cost me $50. I ordered one without onions and it was covered in onions and wasn't cooked in the center. Not happy with my order tonight.

I ordered pizza for my pharmacist for world pharmacist day to show my appreciation for them. I placed the order at the Fruitland location at 11:41 a.m. I waited over their quote time and called them to see where the pizza was. The person on the phone told me that the driver got lost for the previous house and that he was headed back to the restaurant and that I was next. This was at 12:50. I said ok and hung up. I called them back at 1:30 to see what is going on because it's now been an hour and 45 minutes. The manager Titus told me that his driver was coming back from the previous house and then he will be bringing mine. I asked if it's going to even be good anymore because it's been out of the oven for over an hour. He said it wasn't out for an hour. I then expressed to him that I ordered that early because I needed it for my pharmacist that is now leaving for the day. He then asked if I wanted a refund, I said I guess so... thinking I would still get the pizza because this was their mess up. I got nothing and had people waiting on pizza that never came. It looked very bad on my part to the people here at my work that I was trying to show appreciation for. I am supposed to sign a slip for the refund and it's been 30 minutes since the last call to them and if they don't get here in the next 10 minutes, I will be in a conference call and unable to sign that slip. Makes me concerned if i will even get the refund. ?♀️?♀️

Ordered a pizza as we had a long day. Stopped in to grab it and enjoy. Pizza was good. Unfortunately the soda machine was having issues so very few working options. Has salad bar which we didn’t eat. In the area for work and hit the spot.

We just got back from an awesome day at Hells Canyon and stopped in to Idaho Pizza Company for dinner. We ordered about 30 mins before they closed, and they got out our order ready for pick up about 10 till. We were so exhausted and asked if we could just sit inside and eat, even though we ordered it to go and they were closing I. Less than 10 mins. The staff was very nice and didn't hesitate to tell us to have a seat.
The pizza was good, the co.pant was even better, and we were in and out in about 15 minutes or less. This was my first time eating here while visiting, and I would come back for seconds.
Bathrooms were clean, and so was the entire place.
Thanks, Idaho Pizza Company. Also, you had a couple of influencers with combined 1 million followers with you tonight. They were great.
Parking: Plenty of parking in there lot.
Kid-friendliness: Fun environment for the kiddos when you bring them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, right up front, and plenty of space to get a walker and wheelchair through the front door.
