Very poor people skills. Today I didn’t get my change. The food came out the window and she didn’t even give me a chance to ask about my change… I honked my horn to have her open up the window again. Then she said “change?” Like I was the one with a problem..

very poor customer service, I wanted 30 minutes for food. come to find out the card reader has been down. should have said that before I ordered and waited 30 minutes for nothing. the worker was extremely rude. and I asked to speak with his manager he walked to the back.. than 5 minutes later told me well I'm technically the manager here than I'm like why didn't you say that instead of walking to the back. Jack in the Box is a pretty good location with good people and a clean store. Prices are increasing, but the parking is more than enough. The wheelchair accessibility is adequate. The customer service is exceptional, as the manager went above and beyond to make things right. The eating area and bathrooms are very clean, making it a convenient stop between Northern Nevada and Southern Idaho. Staff like Omar and the gal on the order mic provide helpful, friendly service, and the team seems happy and enjoys working together. Although the quality of food has declined due to corporate changes, the staff's positive attitude and quick service make it a pleasant place to visit. The location is efficient, with fast service, and staff are attentive to customer needs.
