“My daughter and I stopped here for the first time today. We opted for the lunch special. The salad bar had a great variety of salad bases and there was pretty well every salad topping you'd want. The pizza bar was scarce when we arrived but they asked what we would like and they made a fresh pizza for us which was delicious! My little girl loved it and she can be very picky when it comes to her pizza. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be going back, I'm sure.“

I haven’t been to the Fruitland location in close to three years because, frankly, I had completely sworn it off. Today completely changed my mind.

This place was absolutely PACKED with families and hungry construction workers, yet every single employee was in the zone, working together like a well-oiled machine. It was honestly impressive to watch.

Chris was running the front, checking people in with an incredible attitude. Even with the nonstop rush, he greeted everyone with a genuine smile, stayed organized, and never looked overwhelmed. I noticed he made sure every plate was clean before handing it to customers and had everything ready to go—plates, salad plates, silverware, and cups—so there wasn’t a second wasted. That’s the kind of attention to detail you don’t see very often.

A huge shout-out to Criselda! She was EVERYWHERE. She jumped in wherever she was needed without missing a beat and made it all look effortless. She kept the entire restaurant flowing, and somehow…the ranch never even ran out! If you’ve ever been to a busy pizza buffet, you know that’s basically a miracle.

The food quality was night and day compared to what I remembered. The pizza stayed stocked the entire time, no one was standing around waiting for fresh pizzas, and the salad bar was fresh, clean, and fully stocked. It honestly exceeded every expectation I had walking in.

Every employee looked like they genuinely cared about doing a great job, and it showed. I didn’t even have to wait when I needed a new salad plate and fork!

The only thing I would change is the carpet. The staff clearly works hard to keep it clean, but it’s stained from years of heavy traffic, and carpet just doesn’t seem like the best choice for a high-traffic restaurant that serves so many families. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but replacing it would really match the incredible improvements you’ve made everywhere else.

“Keystone Pizza in Payette Idaho is a cute little pizza place. There is plenty of space for friends and family and an archade for entertainment. I used to live in Payette. I went mud afternoon to visit with friends and bought an Everything Pizza. I was going to have it baked, but when the owner knew how far I had to drive she suggested to make me a take and bake, so I could enjoy fresh baked pizza for dinner. I agreed and she gave me a discount. It was beautifully packaged with plenty of sauce, lots of meat and mushrooms and an abundance of cheese. It came with easy instructions and it was on a oven safe carrier, inside the pizza box. My husband turned on the oven 15 minuses before I arrived home. Dinner was ready in 15 minutes. I recommend this Keystone Pizza.“

“Most of my experiences with the food have been great. Only issue is the customer service. When you use the drive up window, They usually just open the window and stare at you until you give them your name. Maybe it’s just me but I think they should greet you with a “hello, how can I help you?” Or at least a hello instead awkwardly staring.“

“We had a 70th birthday celebration and had Romio’s cater. It was all delicious! Our 15 year old grandson said it is the best pizza he has ever had and believe me, he has eaten a lot of pizza! The salad, bread, fettuccine, spaghetti and 8 different kinds of pizza were all so yummy! Thank you John & Patty Fagan for a fabulous dinner! We would recommend Romio’s hands down!“
