Went in for lunch today. We were brought our water and weren't quite ready to order, so said we needed a minute. Our server never returned. There were only a few guests, a bartender, hostess, and 3 servers. Once we were ready to order we watched one server and the bartender use their phones. The server using their phone went by at least twice to check on other customers and never tried to help us. Another server was very active on the other side working hard. The hostess walked by several times and never tried to get us help. We never saw our server to order and this was after getting the water making our choices and watching the other staff do multiple tasks, but not once did anyone try to take care of us, the customers being neglected. We finally got up and left and the hostess seemed surprised.

I haven't been to an Applebee's in almost 20 years and was pleasantly surprised. The menu had a wide selection of American foods. Nice kids menu. Everything we ordered tasted great; good servixe and quiet, clean atmosphere. We were in and out pretty quickly. We will be back.

This Applebee's location has amazing service!! Ee have been twice in the last 3 weeks and the staff is awesome!!! A few months back we had a super horrible experience with a different location (one of my other reviews), but this place is the poor opposite!! 10 stars!!!
We love our neighborhood Applebee's. Very friendly staff for most of the employees. Food is great for the price. Close to home and a great place to meet with friends! Watching football at the bar is the best! Not typically too crowded.
I had a disappointing experience at this bar due to the unfriendly service. The bartender was incredibly rude and didn't even bother to provide frosty glasses for our drinks. Customer service is essential in this industry, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking here. I won't be returning.
