Bar 365 isn't just a hotel lobby bar; it's a true gem, and a significant part of that sparkle comes from the incredible Cindy. For years – and I mean years – Cindy has been taking impeccable care of us, making every visit feel like a warm welcome home.
From the moment you step into Bar 365, you're enveloped in an atmosphere that's both sophisticated and incredibly inviting. The lighting is just right, the seating is comfortable, and there's a gentle hum of contented conversation. But it's Cindy who truly elevates the experience from great to absolutely exceptional. She remembers our favorite drinks, anticipates our needs, and always has a genuine smile and a kind word. Her ability to balance efficiency with personalized attention is truly remarkable.
Cindy isn't just serving drinks; she's crafting experiences. Whether it's a perfectly mixed cocktail after a long day or a thoughtful recommendation when we're feeling adventurous, she always nails it. Her dedication to her guests is evident in every interaction, and it's clear she takes immense pride in her work.
If you're looking for a top-tier lobby bar experience, look no further than Bar 365. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Cindy, you're in for an absolute treat. She's not just a bartender; she's a cornerstone of what makes this place so special. Thank you, Cindy, for years of outstanding service and countless wonderful memories!

My husband and I are here now. Corey James Grubb played tonight and he was GREAT!
The bartender, Cindy, is awful. She brought me a red wine when I’d ordered Chardonnay then she completely forgot my husband’s beer order. I had to go to the bar to remind her. We ordered another round and she was behind the bar eating in plain sight as we waited on her to bring us our drinks. This isn’t a dive bar!
We ordered the Blackened Salmon Tacos, barely a sliver of salmon. It was hard to find and couldn’t even taste it.

We won’t be coming back.

I see other bad reviews about Cindy, and the replies are, we’re so sorry to hear this, it has been reported to the manager.. They both need to be fired! Then maybe we’ll try again! It there’s new staff and more than a sliver of salmon in the blackened salmon tacos!!

At this time, I do not recommend BAR365!

We went last nite there were 17 of us friend had went in a couple days before asking about Happy Hour and if they had accommodations for us. She was told no problem could move tables to accommodate and HH was 4-7 (website also said 4-7). The WORST service the bartender was RUDE and in asking ?s she basically ignored us then to top off HH was 11-4. We basically waited on ourselves the bartender needs an attitude change for sure. We went to see Junkyard Bob he was great but never will we be back!!

I had the burger and salad. Quite good. I love the live music. No server in the lounge, just the bartender so I've learned to go to the bar if it's busy. Nice lounge in the lobby of the hotel.

Stopped by Riverside on a Friday afternoon and stayed as they had live music with Andrew Chappell, a popular local singer and songwriter. Service was almost non-existent but helpful if you went to bar. The Asian Chicken Salad Wrap appetizer was terrific.

I love the hotel, but the food? oh my gosh. husband’s dinner clearly came out of a microwave… maybe thrown on the griddle for a few seconds. it was meatloaf mush. my vegan meatloaf is way tastier than that trash. I had the beet salad... more like over-dressed lawn clippings. Tiny little cubes of beet and no crunch. for heaven’s sake, add some nuts to that salad. I also had salmon. good grief. the salmon at St. Al’s, you know, the HOSPITAL, is 10 times better. do yourself a favor… find another place to eat.

A small group of friends enjoyed brunch at The Riverside Grill. We had good food and we had great service from Dianna. She was attentive and kind.

Family of four visited for Easter brunch. The space is attractive. There was live music and the hotel has gorgeous art (for sale) hanging throughout. Our table was wobbly but other than that, I thought the setting was attractive and comfortable. Brunch was a buffet affair. The server was prompt with drinks. Most of food was on par with a typical buffet breakfast at a moderate to high-end hotel (packaged yogurts and cereals, hot oatmeal, eggs, bacon, etc.). Fresh fruit was flavorful as were petit fours and other desserts. Several hot items were disappointing especially for the price ($30pp). The make-your-own waffles relied on inexpensive batter mix that was slow to dispense. The faux maple syrup was also slow to dispense and the canned whipped cream was out when I was there. Biscuits in the steam tables were dry and crumbly--and I don't mean a little--they should not have been served. Hubby tried the omelets made to order and said they were good. I do not recommend a holiday brunch here.

I can not believe the people skills from cindy the bartender was so bad. Perhaps I caught her on a off day I'm not sure.I walked up to the bar and asked what scotch they had, she had her back to me and was opening a bottle of wine I thought she perhaps she didn't hear me so I said excuse me 2 more times before she acknowledged me but only long enough for her to inform me that she hears me but is pouring wine. I waited for her to return from dealing with another customer for her to ask what I wanted with a bit of a smug attitude. I asked what scotch she had and she just pointed to a small shelf. I was already having a hard day and just wanted a quick drink so I ordered a double Walker on the rocks.I am not a man with a huge ego or anything but to be completely ignored repeatedly was a bit much. Not to mention that it was 2100 on a Tuesday and the bar could not break a $100 bill was a bit weird considering as I sit here i see around 20 people sitting around all drinking $30 drinksbut that's me nit picking. As I write this she is ignoring another patron to have a small talk conversation with 2 other employees about how rude I was not to tip her. So much for having a sociable bartender. I expected much more from a place built on class. Such a shame.

Excellent service by Jennifer and the food was well prepared with complements to the chef. Nice outdoor seating, attentive staff and timely service. We will return for the live evening music and drinks.

Sadly, we’ve given this bar many chances and are very understandable about a wait. However, most recently, we were in and there was no crowd. The wait staff (2) never approached us in any way. After 26 minutes (to be exact) we finally got up and left. Not a good experience.

We were staying at the hotel, and got takeout to eat in our room. The meatloaf and crispy skin salmon were both good, and we split a nice dinner salad. I made sure to ask for plasticware with the order. When I got back to the room (a long walk, this is a huge hotel), I found 2 packets each containing a very thin napkin and a spork...you know, the combination spoon/fork that is useful as neither. This made the otherwise good food very difficult to eat. Good thing we didn't order steak. This is supposed to be an upscale restaurant, can't they do better than that?

I've eaten here well over 20 times and this place has been in significant decline for years. This past week, I made reservations for a Thanksgiving meal for the first time ever. I looked at their menu ahead of making reservations & was interested in the prime rib. When I ordered it, I specified medium rare & the waitress replied it was cooked to medium - which isn't unusual, I'd prefer it more to the rare side, but okay. Literally, what was served was an overcooked / well done prime rib. It looked like, well, something very objectionable. It took quite a while to get a replacement meal, while my dining partner waited patiently, and that meal just sucked - which was an improvement over the previous plate, sadly. Unfortunately, my son had the same experience & looked to have only eaten the rolls with his meal. He said his meal was trash.
