Somehow I never made it to Ling and Louie's in Meridian, but I visited the new Boise/Garden City location recently. I met a friend there for happy hour and had the Pomp & Circumstance specialty cocktail (A unique twist on a french 75 with gin liqueur, lychee, citrus and sparkling rosé 14). It was delicious! Amazing service. The chicken lettuce wraps are INSANELY good. We got three orders of them! Recommend. Went to the Boise location by the river, and the atmosphere and vibes were excellent. ❤️

We ordered the burger, the grilled cheese and a sushi roll to share. Food came out super fast and was fresh. The burger was perfectly cooked on a soft Hawaiian style bun topped with a pickled cucumber salad, but neither one of us liked the hoison sauce and it over powered the whole burger.
