20/10 experience at this location. The dashing young gentleman taking my order was so sweet and kind. After ordering a blended coffee, I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent amount of toppings, and a smile at the window. Amazing service!! I didnt get his name, but he was very strong looking. :)

SHRINKFLATION HITS BASKING ROBINS - we have been frequenting this establishment since it opened, and today’s service was half the size of a Banana Royale, not just a smaller cup as the assistant announced. It’s pretty easy with me, I just go back to Stella’s Ice cream going forward, same treatment - I just add them to the list with McDonalds and many other businesses who hasn’t gotten a dime since they implemented shrinkflation …

Horrible customer service, waited approximately 15 min for 3 blended coffee drinks. They didnt have ingredients to make any sort of smoothie. Mind you this is around 430 in the afternoon. No options given to address that issue. Girl at wondow acted as if we were a hassle for even being there. Ive had 2 prior bad experiences at this location. This was the last chance. Will not spend another dime at this location.

I was in the drive-through waiting to place my order people walked up and they were able to start placing their order before me and I was told to wait five more minutes before I could place my order. I drove off. Such poor customer service! Two people in the kiosk, and apparently only one can take drive-through orders. The gentleman that was assigned to drive-through poor customer service! I will never return.

I haven’t ordered a sundae in many years. Very surprised to receive basically one scoop when paid for two. Also a teaspoon of whipped cream and hot fudge. Will not return

Well I was wondering where to state street Boise Baskins and Robbins went to as a Stella’s ice cream opened in there old place. While I was in a Walmart in Garden city I noticed a small drive up Baskins and Robbins. Very interesting to see that they want a smaller brick and mortar place to save money. Don’t know how that is going to work out though. Winter will be real slow for them here.

Id give 0 stars if I could. We walked up to the window to order and the first thing i saw was a chick with very long black hair either playing with it or fixing her pony tail. Regardless, she DIDN'T wash her hands before making ice cream for the drive up window 🤢 the blonde kid seemed upset and his whole demeanor changed with us after I stated she needed to wash her hands if she was touching our food. This is a sanitary hazard and just absolutely disgusting!!!

There’s one employee that doesn’t give you full scoops. Just had 3 bites of one of the flavors of the “scoop” and the other “ scoop” had a bit more. The first time she attended me, she didn’t give me the two scoops I ordered and charged me for it, gave me only one. Since there’s whipped cream you can’t tell right away. Back to Cold Stone Creamery even if it’s a little sweeter, they always serve the correct amount. I rather it be sweeter and get my money’s worth.
Have ordered here online multiple times, been back in person. Everytime there’s an online order something isn’t given to the driver to deliver. Cons of ordering online from here supposedly.

Had a hiccup with an online order. We went to the drive thru and was greeted by Ester. We told her what had happen and she was so sweet and said she would call her manger and it get this corrected for us. She called us 30 mins later and let us know our order was ready. Ester went above and beyond. We really appreciated her help! :)

Baskin Robbins had been a part of a lot of peoples childhood so when they closed their locations it broke my heart. But luckily they opened up a little shop right by my house. Today we got a couple goodies! I snagged a cappuccino blast and my husband grabbed a cookies and cream milk shake. They were just how I remembered it! The cookies and cream had a lot of cookies mixed within it! The cappuccino blast was extra flavorful with coffee. The two teens that were working were great! Customer service was on point! Happy to have Baskin Robbins back!
