What is going on over there lately? I order a few bagel sandwiches a week. Always gotten what I've ordered. Always enjoyed it. 2 orders in a row now I've gotten someone else's bagel. Not even close to what I ordered. Please figure it out.

Bluesky Bagels is hands down the BEST hidden gem in town. Not only are the bagels fresh, soft, and ridiculously delicious, but the prices are unbeatable — where else can you snag two whole bags for around $3.50? 🤯
Every time I walk in, the place smells like heaven, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I leave wondering why I ever bought bagels anywhere else. Honestly, grocery store bagels don’t even compare — these taste like they were made with actual love. 🥯💙
If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor: stop what you’re doing and go. Your mornings (and your toaster) will thank you.

Out of all the locations, this location is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. The employees are so rude here, generally just seem grumpy to be there. We also bought a bag of day old bagels and by the following day, a couple of them already had green mold spots on the bottom of the bagels. If you can, I recommend going to one of the other locations, you’ll have a much better experience.

the bagels here are always great but i have never once received an even okayish customer service. as someone who works in food service industry i would never let any of my employees treat customers this way. they are unhelpful, unpleasant to talk too, and overall make the environment very uncomfortable. i understand everyone has a bad day but this one employee seems to be having a very bad day everytime i come in. do better.

Decent bagel place with a good basic selection. Get there early for best selection. Bagels are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Coffee is self service from carafes.

I don’t know why ordering a bacon and cheese sandwich is so complicated but I still ended up getting the wrong thing. Gratefully they didn’t charge me the whole amount for the sandwich but it was pretty disappointing.
Just stopped in today for the first time. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich and went with the everything bagel on a recommendation and was extremely pleased. Plus the staff are very pleasant and attentive. Definitely coming back.

We came in on a Saturday at about 10:30. They were already out of some of their bagels. The bagel I had tasted like it was a day old at least. Wasn’t good at all. I didn’t even finish half of it. I asked for avocado and I got an avocado spread. Everything just squished out of the hard bagel. I was raised on good, fresh, original bagels and this was nowhere close to it! Bleh! Your staff could also show some cheerfulness as well. They were just as stale as their bagels!
