Just stopped in today for the first time. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich and went with the everything bagel on a recommendation and was extremely pleased. Plus the staff are very pleasant and attentive. Definitely coming back.
love it here! literally only went once but i already know i’ll be going back. they’re MUCH friendlier here than at the location in downtown boise. they’re very accommodating for dietary restrictions which is nice and they had plenty of good seating inside :)

Was next door at George’s and decided to get a cup of Joe at Blue Sky. As a celiac I don’t expect anything gluten free at a bagelry…it’s not their thing. I will say the bagels looked great and if I could have gluten, I’d be all over this place. Our lattes were well made, tasty, and the right temperature. And, I didn’t leave empty handed…their flavored cream cheeses are gluten free. So I picked up a container to have at home with my gf bagels. One of their seating...
