Polite workers, only they haven’t learned how to make proper drinks.

I received my order - it was incorrectly made , that’s fine, I gave them a second chance… came back incorrectly a second time, but this time even worse, instead of oatmilk they used regular milk. Very disappointing. 6$ down the drain. If you’re here for a basic cup, I’m sure it’s fine. Just don’t order any “speciality” drinks, clearly the baristas need a little more training or attention to detail.

Very kind people, however.

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and they gave me a grande size instead. I asked if this was a venti and the lady said she wasn’t sure, but that could be a grande. It’s clearly a grande, but I was giving her a chance to correct their mistake. She asked if I wanted her to make me another one. I shouldn’t have to ask because I clearly ordered and paid for a venti for a reason. I said no thanks since I was feeling like I was inconveniencing her. Won’t be back to this location that’s for sure.

I have to say, I rarely stop by this Starbys but I'm happy I did today. Came in to grab a goodie for breakfast and a drink.

Walked in and saw a handful of beautiful baristas. I was instantly greeted! The sweet gal took my drink order. Today was another Pinterest inspired drink. I also grabbed a chocolate croissant.

These girls are on point. They got my drink made, my croissant a nice and toasty and they sent me out the door with a smile. Why can't all the Starbucks be kind and efficient like this one? This crew did a great job! I look forward to frequenting this location for my future drinks.

My drink was made quickly and My app made ordering so easy and quick. I can order, drive in the drive-thru and quickly pick up my order and be on my way. Glad they have a smooth running and comsistant system!

Normally I have great service and experience. But the last time I got an unnecessary lecture. It was in the morning and I was about to pull up through the drive-thru to pick up my online order. The three cars cut in front of me. So instead of waiting in line and cars I just decided to park and walk in instead. When I got to there I saw one of my orders on the countertop ready to go. So I waited patiently and quietly for my other drink to come out. A lady asked me if I'm waiting for another order and I said yes another drink and two food items. And waited very quietly in the corner cuz I knew they were busy. Not even 30 seconds later. Same lady asked me again. Did I order online for drive thru? and I said yes I did. Then she proceeded to lecture me saying "that if I walk in and say I did it online or I need to say that I did online drive thru." I said "okay. Well yes I did order online but because there was a really long line. It cut me off last minute. I decided just to walk in." And then she gives me a lecture about it and I'm thinking myself ... look.... I know you're busy and I wasn't rushing you guys. You could have just said "hey just to let you know if you change your mind just let us know." I didn't need a whole entire lecture. It was quite rude. And I just stood there looking at her like seriously I didn't fight her or anything and I wasn't rude. I was just there quietly waiting and apparently my order was on another table. It was like two steps away and I wasn't mad or anything. I just grabbed my drink and left.

What should have happened is that she could have asked, "Hey did you place an online order for drive-thru?" And I would have said "yes I did but I changed my mind because of the line." And then she could have just gave me my drinks and I said would have said sorry. I changed my mind. And then left. No hurt feelings or no lectures needed.

I deliver online orders for a living. I almost waited 15 minutes before being asked by Abby, "what are you waiting on"?I told her, "order for door dash, I see the hot bagel sandwiches but waiting for the two coffees"Abby told me, " it's going to be a little bit, like 10minutes- Online orders come last. Do you see the lobby???"That really upset me. I notified Doordash of Starbucks policy on Glenwood. Thanks a lot Abby.
