Based on the reviews, Taquería Sol de Jalisco offers delicious Mexican food with a clean atmosphere and excellent, friendly service. The restaurant has a salsa bar with nachos and a beautiful decorative seating area. The food is authentic, with great prices and portions. Specific menu highlights include the #25, the Queso Birria Tacos with amazingly tender meat and the amazing consumé broth dip, plus a GD horchata. The breakfast burritos are the size of a son's head. The staff is kind and funny. This place is above and beyond, and it feels like being back in Puerto Vallarta. It is the best Mexican food in Boise.
