Normally I have great service and experience. But the last time I got an unnecessary lecture. It was in the morning and I was about to pull up through the drive-thru to pick up my online order. The three cars cut in front of me. So instead of waiting in line and cars I just decided to park and walk in instead. When I got to there I saw one of my orders on the countertop ready to go. So I waited patiently and quietly for my other drink to come out. A lady asked me if I'm waiting...

I try to go earlier when either sid is working. They’re both wonderful. One that usually wears a beanie and has so much energy and kindness each morning is the main reason I keep coming to this location. But I’m getting really tired of getting less coffee than what I order. The saddest poof of whip cream on top is really depressing.

I go here almost every morning before work and I have never received a wrong order or any issues what so ever. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming & attentive, even at 7am in the morning. Coffee/matcha is always consistent. Best Starbucks I’ve been to. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!
